2) Payments are PayPal ONLY!

3) Flat cost of $1.00 per single listing fee.

Flat Cost of $1.99 for lot listing fee

Suburban PAYOUT is as followed for the SALE PRICE:

75% of the total sale UNDER $19.99.

Payout is 80% of sales $20-999.

Payout of $1000-4000 is 83%.

Suburban payout of $4000+ is 84% Payout

4) Every AUCTION is listed at $0.99 auction for seven (7) days

WE ALSO NOW CONSIGN FIXED PRICE!!!!

5) Please do not submit cards that will not sell. You will be responsible to cover the return shipping cost and still pay the listing fee mentioned above.

6) Payouts are processed within 5 business days of request

7) Raw cards must be in NM/MT condition

8) In no shape or form will you be allowed to bid on your own auction. Any suspicious activity will result in a future ban with Suburban Sports

9) If card is unpaid for on Ebay, card will be relisted. Suburban will always keep you informed of updates if such problems do occur.
